DELIVERY

Postage costs within the UK are included in the price of each whip. Delivery is two weeks from receipt of order and payment via Evri. If you need the whip quickly for that special gift please select either the urgent postage option (+£10) where the whip will be sent by special delivery (excluding dressage and side saddle whips) and should arrive in 3 days from order, or there is a Royal Mail option (+£4) (excluding dressage and side saddle whips) where the whip will be sent by Royal Mail 48 and should arrive in approx 1 week from order.

If you require urgent delivery please select the additional postage option and add to your basket and the whip will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For international delivery, again please select the relevant postage option and add to your basket.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All orders will receive a confirmation and the details must be checked as the engraving details are included. Any discrepancies on your order must be corrected within 12 hours of the order being placed.

Due to the items being personalised refunds/replacements will not be made unless due to exceptional circumstances.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR WHIP

Do not leave your whip outside in the elements as this will damage the leather and tarnish the metal.
Do not keep the whip somewhere near a heat source as this will affect the glue that holds certain components of the whip together.
Remember if you use them with force, like all whips they may break**
